Denise Richards took daughters Sam and Lola to run errands Friday while newly-adopted baby Eloise Joni stayed home with the baby nurse.

Richards has been Tweeting about late-night feedings of her weeks-old daughter -- it's amazing the 40-year-old looks this good after so little sleep!

Richards said in a recent interview she made the decision to adopt back in 2007, before her mother died of cancer that year. She wanted to wait until her custody battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen was finished and have time to mourn her mother, who she knew was terminally ill.
