Jane Lynch knows there's no better way to relax in Hollywood than by hitting Laurel Canyon!
The Glee star went hiking at the popular celeb spot with wife Lara Embry Wednesday.
Jane has been so busy lately that she needs some time out to relax in nature. After all, she's officially become Tinseltown's go-to host!
The actress will host the Do Something! Awards this Thursday, August 18, at 9/8 C on VH1, followed by the Emmy Awards September 13 on Fox.
