The 23-year-old pregnant starlet - wearing platform heels, a grey sweater and a peach Balenciaga bag - grabbed a cool drink at a cafe following her doctor's visit in Toluca Lake.

Just last week, Hil announced she's expecting her first baby with hubby of one year Mike Comrie.

We have to admit, her preggo style is absolutely adorable. But Ms. Duff, you won't be able to hide that baby bump for long!
