It's been a busy week for Rod Stewart!
The 66-year-old singer took a break from his crazy schedule and grabbed Starbucks with his wife Penny Lancaster-Stewart and son Alastair in Los Angeles Thursday.
This past Sunday, both Stewart and Lancaster were on hand when Rod's 32-year-old daughter, model/actress Kimberly Stewart, gave birth to a baby girl named Delilah.
Then Wednesday night, the first-time grandpa kicked off a two-year residency at The Colosseum Caesars Palace in Las Vegas when he performed poolside at the Garden of the Gods.
So how the heck did he get back to L.A. in time to have coffee with his wife and son? Rod's manager Arnold Stiefel told USA Today:
- "He can leave his (Los Angeles) home at 4:15, be ready for a 7:30 show, then be wings up at 9:30 and home with his kids by 10:30. You'd have more of a commute if you lived on Long Island and worked in Manhattan. Besides, the supply of people from around the world that Rod can draw from (in Las Vegas) is amazing."
That schedule sounds crazy!
And Kim isn't the only one who added to the Stewart fam this year - Penny gave birth to her second son with Rod, baby Aiden, in February.
