tfey033010_02_preg.jpg30 Rock star Tina Fey, 41, gave birth to a baby girl, Penelope Athena, Wednesday, August 10.

The comedienne wrote about getting pregnant at 40 in her best-selling memoir Bossypants. She said she was "stricken with guilt" at the gynecologist's office with the stress of becoming a second-time mom so her daughter Alice wouldn't be an only child.

"I thought that raising an only child would be the norm in Manhattan, but my daughter is the only child in her class without a sibling. "Most kids have at least two ... Who will be my daughter's family when my husband and I are dead from stress-induced cankers? She must have a sibling," the SNL alum wrote.

Well Fey and her hubby, composer Jeff Richmond, have rectified the situation. Alice, congrats on your new sis!
