Elisabetta Canalis was tanned and toned to perfection as she flaunted her washboard abs while exiting Dancing With the Stars rehearsals Thursday. How does partner Val Chmerkovskiy even concentrate?

The gorgeous Italian TV star recently opened up to Chi magazine on her breakup with the ultimate bachelor, confessing, "When it comes to love I am a doormat ... It was a difficult time for me, but you have to get on with things."

Canalis also revealed of her DWTS practices, "I have a very strict teacher, we practice dancing for six hours a day and in the beginning I started badly as I confused the salsa with the cha cha cha."
