Hilary Duff celebrated her 24th birthday on Wednesday, and she got a special surprise from our photogs!
Our paparazzi gave Hil some b-day roses as she left the vet with her pup, Lola. She Tweeted a cute thank you:
- "Just left the vet w/Lola(just a checkup) and got serenaded by about 20 paps with roses and a happy bday song! Very sweet and funny!"
