Jessica Alba gym workout tired

Jessica Alba went sans makeup on Thursday for her workout in West Hollywood.

The actress has been hitting the gym daily since giving birth to new baby Haven about a month ago ... and she looks great!

Now that Jess has two babies, she's doing more voice work instead of live-action flicks. Up next for her is the lead voice role in the animated kid flick Escape from Planet Earth, out in 2012.
