Selena Gomez got into some monkey business this weekend!
The "Love You Like A Love Song" singer had a family-friendly Saturday, hanging out at the L.A. Zoo with her mom and stepdad, Mandy and Brian Teefey.
The trio checked out tons of exhibits, and Selena -- dressed in a gray striped sweater, burnout tee, gray leggings and motorcycle boots -- was enthusiastically pointing at a few amazing animals.
But her favorite? Clearly the monkeys. Halfway through the outing, Selena strapped a purple monkey doll to her neck -- and kept it there!
Who said stars couldn't be silly?
Maybe Selena kept her new monkey buddy close by because she was missing boyfriend Justin Bieber.
The night before, the two had a very romantic evening. After catching pal Demi Lovato in concert at the Nokia Theater, the cute couple head to the Staples Center, where Justin had rented out the entire arena just so the two could watch Titantic alone.
Smooth moves, Justin!
