It was all about classic Chanel with a Lady Gaga twist at the ribbon cutting ceremony for Gaga's Workshop at Barneys New York on Monday night.

The risk-taking fashion icon donned a timeless Chanel jacket and oversized skirt, paired with Coco's signature pearls and Camilla flower pins, created especially for the "Paparazzi" singer by the French fashion house's head honcho, Karl Lagerfeld.

Gaga's Workshop is an exclusive 5,500 square-foot extravaganza located on he fifth floor of Barneys, which will offer such items as chocolate-covered shoes and cookies for $95, or a $395 wax candle bust of the Lady -- perfect for that Little Monster who has everything.

Dennis Freedman, the creative director at Barney's, says of the new store: "Everything has a piece of Gaga in it. That's what makes it so special."
