BREAKING NEWS - Lindsay Lohan Checks Into Jail, Released Four Hours Later

Lindsay Lohan checked herself into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA just before 9pm Sunday night, according to the LA County Sheriff's Department website.

Lilo was ordered by Judge Stephanie Sautner to serve 30 days, however due to overcrowding, the 25-year-old starlet was released just after 1:30am Monday morning.

Before heading into the slammer for her ultra-short stay, Linds dined in Venice with friends and sister Ali.

On Friday night, she definitely attended (but reportedly crashed) the after party for the premiere of J. Edgar, Leonardo DiCaprio's new biopic. Quite the eventful weekend.

During the hearing last week, Judge Sautner had given Lilo a week to finish her re-shoots for her upcoming Playboy spread before heading into jail. Linds had until this Wednesday to check herself into the slammer, so for once, she was early.
