gaga091211_03_X17pic230.jpgLady Gaga's former assistant, Jennifer O'Neill, has filed a lawsuit claiming she was not paid for overtime that accumulated during her 13 months of employment with the singer.

In the lawsuit, O'Neill states that part of her job included "ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock to keep [Lady Gaga] on schedule."

O'Neill claims she is owed $380,000 in overtime. The legal papers also state that the assistant was at Gaga's beck and call in "stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses."

Although the lawsuit mentions Gaga, she is not the defendant. The lawsuit is between O'Neill and Mermaid Touring Company ...the company Lady G uses for her concerts.

Gaga's rep tells the NY Post that the lawsuit is "completely without merit."
