Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and George Clooney are among the top 20 celebrities that made the cut for this year's Celebs Gone Good list ... courtesy of DoSomething.org.

The "Born This Way" singer, who spent a large portion of this year fighting against bullying, created the Born This Way Foundation in an effort to empower youth. For years, Lady G has also contributed to AIDS awareness, battling poverty and supporting gay rights.

Justin Bieber, 17, focused on the organization Pencils of Promise which to date has built 41 schools in Nicaragua, Guatemala and Laos. Biebs has agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds earned from his perfume sales, as well as sales generated from his holiday album Under The Mistletoe. The "Baby" singer is also involved with several other charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Toronto's Daily Bread Food Bank and Children's Wish Foundation.

As for George Clooney, he gained recognition for his advocacy of human rights in Sudan.
