Yes, Rose McGowan hasn't hit 40 yet, y'all, but her face has hit a brick wall ...
She's got nice skin tone and her hair is pretty, but is it just me or does she look a little over-botoxed and maybe something else? ... I just can't put my finger on it, but if you had to guess, wouldn't you think the Charmed star was more like 48 rather than 38?
