DMooreAKutcher111811_08_X17WM230.jpgParamedics were called to Demi Moore's LA home Monday evening after a friend dialed 911 saying the actress was "shaking" and "acting like she was suffering from a seizure", reports TMZ.

A source tells Radar, that the 49-year-old actress suffered an epileptic seizure and is now being treated for anorexia.

Moore will also no longer make a cameo in the Linda Lovelace biopic Lovelace, according to Deadline. The actress was set to play the role of feminist activist Gloria Steinem.

Moore's rep released the following statement:

    “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”


Moore and Ashton Kutcher split last November after six years of marriage. The Two and A Half Men star allegedly had an affair with San Diego native Sara Leal.
