Within the last year, the Ghost star's friends have become increasingly worried about her, and soon-to-be ex-hubby Ashton Kutcher had reportedly grown incredibly annoyed over her wild behavior.

"Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change," a source recently told People. "She wasn't sleeping as well, didn't seem to be eating and looked really gaunt."

Sources close to the ex-pair also tell People that Moore's prescription drug use was a huge turn-off to the Two and a Half Men star. "It was a sticking point for Ashton. He wanted her to take care of herself and get a hold of things, and she wouldn't," said the source.

In August 2010, at a Snoop Dogg concert in Las Vegas, Moore decided to climb on stage and dirty dance with the rapper, while Ashton looked on in embarrassment.

The St. Elmo's Fire star was admitted to the hospital on Monday night, after a friend called 911 at 10:49 p.m. when she began to suffer a seizer. The star was doing "Whip-its", gaseous canisters of nitrous oxide often inhaled from whipped cream dispensers, when she suffered the attack, according to TMZ.

Moore’s publicist declined to comment on the reports of substance abuse, but did say she is seeking treatment for "stress and exhaustion.”
