Elton John Writing Book About Personal Experiences In The Fight Against HIV And AIDS

Elton John will be publishing the book "Love Is The Cure: Ending the Global AIDS Epidemic" which is described as his "personal experiences in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The "Rocket Man" singer, who created the Elton John AIDS Foundation, said the following about the cause:
The book will also include personal stories from other celebrities, like Freddie Mercury and Ryan White, who have had to personally deal with the disease.
Proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

The "Rocket Man" singer, who created the Elton John AIDS Foundation, said the following about the cause:
- “This is a disease that must be cured not by a miraculous vaccine, but by changing hearts and minds, and through collective effort to break down social barriers and to build bridges of compassion. Why are we not doing more? This is a question I have thought deeply about, and wish to answer – and to help change – by writing this book.”
