david-beckham-hooker-lawsuit.jpgDavid Beckham has reportedly filed an appeal in his $25 million dollar lawsuit against In Touch Weekly and Irma Nici, a Bosnian prostitute who claimed to have a series of sexual encounters with the soccer star for $10,000 cash in London and New York back in 2007.

Beckham's lawsuit was previously dismissed in a California federal court after the judge ruled that the gossip mag's 2010 article was in the public interest, and wasn't libelous. Beckham's legal team has filed a lengthy appeal asking that the suit against be re-instated because the publisher "did not produce critical documents or evidence related to its internet 'research' concerning Beckham. Notably, it never produced documents by which it claimed confirmed Beckham's whereabouts during the time periods in question."
