Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were spotted leaving Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City last night, and while it sounds like it would be a 21+ venue, you don't have to be 21 years of age to have dinner there, so the 19-year-old starlet wasn't breaking any rules.
