Sandra Bullock And Brett Ratner: We Did Not Hook Up

Both Sandra Bullock and Brett Ratner want to set the record straight!

After In Touch ran a story claiming the Oscar-winning actress and the 42-year-old director hooked up after the 2012 Academy Awards, the two issued the following joint statement:

"We think that it's incredibly sad that in these times, this magazine would resort to complete fabrication, solely for financial gain. There is not a shred of accuracy in their story. We have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade. We both had a great time after the Oscars, just not with each other."

Whew ... glad that's cleared up!

The Blind Side actress hasn't been in a serious relationship since divorcing Jesse James back in 2010.
