Justin Bieber hit the stage in Oslo, Norway for a performance, but the crowd went so wild, 79 were injured and 11 hospitalized.

Biebs was set to perform a six-song concert outside of the Oslo Opera House, but thousands of fans swarmed the area so quickly, police couldn't control the crowd.

While on stage, the 18-year-old singer Tweeted:

"NORWAY - please listen to the police. I dont want anyone getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come first..."

Biebs then added, "For the show to happen u must all listen to the police. We are all concerned for your safety and I want what is best for u. Please listen."

The concert was pushed back by half an hour to get the crowd in control.

A police spokesperson told the Norwegian NRK news that "the concert should be held somewhere other than roof of the Opera, which has clear space limitations."
