Soon-to-be second-time mom Kourtney Kardashian gave her son Mason a seat on her baby bump Tuesday as the pair returned to LA from New York after attending E! Networks' up-fronts.

After the estrogen-driven Kardashian family promoted their new $40 million contract hit reality show, Kim stayed behind (no pun intended) in the Big Apple to be with her boo, Kanye West.

No doubt, life as a Kardashian is tough work, but hey, at least they're getting some serious dough in return!
