We haven't seen these two in a while! Not to jump to conclusions, but are they promoting something?

Heidi and Spencer Pratt were snapped leaving dinner at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills last night, and even though the former Hills starlet has enhanced her looks quite a bit over the years, she kept it simple with jeans and minimal makeup.

Spencer tweeted, "Had the most romantic dinner with @heidimontag last night!" Can you believe these two have been married for over three years now? That's like an eternity in Hollywood!
