Jenelle Evans is an even bigger reality star now ... thanks to her recent boob job!
The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star, mother to 2-year-old son Jace, posted the above photo and the following, "Now I'm at home recovering with [my best friend] Allison Elise as my nurse." She also added that her implants are the "perfect size."
Evans, who split from Gary Head last month, is now dating Kieffer Delp. She sent a message to Delp directly saying, "Thank you so much for being there for me today and everyday. You are always there when I need the most!"
Aww ... they sound like breast friends.
