Jennifer Love Hewitt: Pretty In Purple!

We're thrilled to see Jennifer Love Hewitt finally stepping out in an outfit that doesn't have tacky words written all over it!

The Client List star dressed to impress in a lilac colored cocktail dress that showed off her flawless tan, as she headed to a posh party in LA, on Wednesday evening.

J. Love has been getting a lot of flack recently about being "unlucky" in love, after suffering though multiple broken engagements, and publicly declaring her love for Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levin, who called her claims "desperate."

In response to the rumors, Hewitt took to Twitter to tell fans: "Read like 10 rumors about myself today! So crazy!... I'm not cursed in love, I had a vacation with friends and I'm single!"

The I Know What You Did Last Summer star added, "I am down. Really hurt by all the people who judge me, write mean things, rumors etc. It's so hurtful. It's hard to keep your head up. This is what I did on vacation. Painted part of there school and met these great kids. No more rumors."
