David Schwimmer just unloaded his gorgeous Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $8.9 million! The actor originally listed the estate last year for an asking price of $10.7 million, so the buyer seems to have gotten a deal on the pricey pad.

The home is located in the Hancock Park neighborhood and boasts an impressive nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms on over an acre of luxurious vegetation. The property has an elaborate entryway and a sprawling back yard complete with a swimming pool. In addition the gorgeous grounds, the Mediterranean mansion boasts fireplaces, a library, and a media room.

Interestingly, the home was built by Koerner & Gage, the same architectural company that built Beverly Hills City Hall.

The Hollywood funny man bought the real estate in 2001 for an estimated $5.5 million, but after welcoming daughter Cleo with British wife Zoe Buckman last year, maybe the family is looking to expand into an ever bigger abode!
