Thanks to her super sheer dress, we also got a peek at the pro dancer's dark granny panties! Maybe she didn't realize how see-through her outfit was?

Despite the minor fashion faux pas, Karina was in good spirits when we snapped her picture on Monday afternoon. "Just got my nails done for title shoot tomorrow at @LunaD'oro in BH," she tweeted. "Love my nails!"

And that's not the only thing she's excited about these days -- last month it was announced that Karina will compete on the upcoming all-star season of Dancing with the Stars, and yesterday it was announced that she will be paired with season four champ Apolo Anton Ohno. Looks like she has a shot at winning the mirror ball trophy yet again!
