Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Divorce Finalized

TomKat no more! A New York judge just signed off on Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce papers, officially ending their 5-year-marriage. The divorce was conducted in lightning speed, since Holmes only filed in June.
The former couple wanted a swift settlement to remain on amicable terms for the sake of their daughter, Suri, 6, who Holmes got primary custody of.
Another one bites the dust!
