BREAKING NEWS - Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Assault In NYC

Lindsay Lohan was arrested at 4am this morning in New York for allegedly hitting a woman at Club Avenue, according to TMZ.The report claims Lindsay and a fellow club patron started fighting, verbally, and then the conflict got physical. The two were sitting in separate booths next to each other when Lindsay reportedly told the woman: "Give me my space." She then punched the woman.
As Lindsay was taken away in handcuffs, she kept repeating, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?" according to the report.
Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and released. She was issued a desk appearance ticket for a future court date.
Meanwhile, back in LA, Lindsay's facing more legal trouble for allegedly lying to cops about her June car accident on PCH. She told police she wasn't behind the wheel when the crash occurred ... not true! So now Lilo's racked up TWO potential probation violations!
