Angelina Jolie recently sat down with Channel 4 News to chat about her humanitarian work and her Hollywood career, and she revealed that she has plans to quit acting in the next few years!

Angie told the show, "I think I'm going to have to give up the acting as the kids hit the teenage years, anyway, too much to manage at home. I have enjoyed being an actress."

The Oscar winner continued, "I am so grateful to the job and I have had great experiences and I have even be able to tell stories and be a part of stories that mattered and I have done things for fun, but...I will do some films and I am so fortunate to have the job, it's a really lucky profession to be a part of and I enjoy it. But if it went away tomorrow I would be very happy to be home with the children. I wake up in the morning as a mom and I turn on the news like everybody else and I see what's happening and I want to be part of the world in a positive way."

Just last year her fiance Brad Pitt said in an interview that he was planning on giving up acting for directing by the time he turns 50. "If I'm choosing a film now I want it to be, maybe, less immature than things I've done in the past," he said. "I'm very conscious that they're going to see it as adults. I want it to mean something to them. I want them to think: 'Dad's all right'. It changes everything."

So what about their upcoming wedding? Brad told People at the New York premiere of Killing Them Softly, "The time is nigh. It's soon. I got a good feeling about it. I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come."
