BREAKING NEWS - Photographer Killed While Trying To Snap Pix Of Justin Bieber

A paparazzo attempting to get shots of Justin Bieber in the pop star's Ferrari, was hit by a car and killed Tuesday night.

Police say Bieber's white Ferrari was pulled over in a routine stop by the California Highway Patrol last night and Justin was NOT behind the wheel, nor was he in the car.

A photographer parked his own car and got out to shoot pix of what he assumed was Bieber being questioned by the cops, when an oncoming vehicle struck and killed him.

LAPD is investigating the incident.
