Katie Holmes and Jake Gyllenhaal are reportedly hooking up in secret, Grazia reports. The Italian tabloid claims that "friends allege the former Mrs. Cruise has been slinking over to Jake's West Village apartment in New York for dinners." The Jack & Jill actress's good friend and former Dawson's Creek co-star Joshua Jackson is said to have set them up.

So could there be a new hot couple in Hollywood? Not according to their reps!

Holmes' camp shot down the reports, telling Gossip Cop that it's "not at all true" that the pair are "secretly dating."

Sources close to the Brokeback Mountain actor also maintain that the story is a complete fabrication.

Jakey Poo does look a lot like Katie's ex-fiance Chris Klein, so we have to wonder...
