bobboy-brown-jail-230.jpgOn Tuesday Bobby Brown was sentenced to 55 days in prison and put on probation for four years for driving under the influence and with a suspended license last October.

In addition to his jail time and probation, Brown has been ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program and to attend AA meetings three times a week before checking into jail by March 20.

The singer was arrested in Los Angeles after cops pulled him over for driving erratically and noticed that he had the smell of alcohol on his breath. This is his third D.U.I. arrest; he was previously busted in 2012 DUI and 1996.

Brown plead no contest to the charges in court.
