It looks like someone is trying to hide their baby bump!

Kim Kardashian decided she didn't get a sufficient flannel fix at the doctor yesterday, so she threw on her favorite plaid shirt yet again as she made her way to the gym for a workout this morning!

The reality star is back in L.A. after spending Carnival in Brazil with boyfriend Kanye West, and as much as we know Kimmy K loves vacation, nothing takes precedence to filming her various E! shows.

"1st day of filming Keeping Up with the Kardashian's Season 8," the brunette beauty tweeted just hours ago.

We wonder what the major plot lines will be next season?
