SLaBeoufMoney092010_07_X17crop230.jpgImmediately after Shia LaBeouf dropped out from Broadway's Orphans "due to creative differences," the Transformers star released an apology ... and it turns out, Shia took his apology straight from an Esquire magazine column.

The email had the subject line "Apology," but the words had been written in Esquire's "How To Be a Man" issue back in 2009 by Tom Chiarella.

Perhaps this was Shia's intention? Although most of his words were copied word for word, the actor did apologize to co-star Alec Baldwin for dropping out due to "part of a disagreeable situation."

LaBeouf's role has gone to actor Ben Foster. After learning of the casting news, Shia Tweeted, "Ben Foster is a beast. He will kill it."
