Another host bites the dust!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is leaving her spot on The View after a nine year run, a source tells Us.

So why the sudden departure?

Apparently the bubbly blonde is too conservative for the viewer's taste! "The viewers they polled all said she was too extreme and right wing," a source told the mag.

The news comes mere hours after fellow co-host Joy Behar announced she was leaving the daytime talk show to persue other projects. Miss Hasselbeck joined the ABC show back in 2003 when she took over for Lisa Ling.

We're sure she will find a new gig!
