Elisabetta Canalis got a sweet smooch from a stranger selling beads on the streets of Milan on Thursday. The model and her parents were shopping when she caught sight of a man selling colorful necklaces on the corner. Elisabetta donated money to the street peddler and he planted a kiss on her cheek in gratitude. By the looks of one of the pics, it seems like she may have pecked him back. Or at least given him a hug in return.
