Farrah Abraham Gets Second Boob Job, Upgrades To D-Cup

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has undergone yet another boob job, taking her chest size from an enhanced C-cup to an even more enhanced D-cup!

The newly minted porn star, who has been making headlines from the release of her sex tape Back Door Teen Mom, made the decision to go under the knife in order to switch from saline to silicone implants since they "felt like water balloons."

"I look more natural. I want to look my best. And I'm looking amazing," she tells In Touch.

This procedure was her fourth surgery in three years and her second breast augmentation. She previously underwent a nose job and chin implant. Gotta keep the money maker looking good, apparently!

So is she finished with plastic surgery once and for all?

"What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or I have more children and want a 'mommy' makeover?" she hinted to the mag.

One thing she won't be doing is getting the Heidi Montag treatment!

"I would not get boob implants that were porn-star status. I'm very realistic about keeping myself looking natural," she added.

Nothing says natural more than D-cup implants!
