Gisele Bundchen And Tom Brady Take Their Boys To Disney California Adventure

Paul Hiffmeyer/Disneyland ResortGisele Bundchen and her hubby Tom Brady made a pit stop with their boys at Disney California Adventure Park's Cars Land on Tuesday.
Five-year-old Jack and three-year-old Benjamin looked elated during the family trip, which included a stop in front of Red the Fire Truck. The supermodel later met up with the newest Disney princess -- Princess Sofia of Disney Junior's Sofia the First. Baby Vivian was left out of this particular family trip, but spent plenty of time with her mom in New York City last week.
Just the night before, the stunning couple shared a romantic dinner at Toscana restaurant in Brentwood.
