On Thursday Hilary Duff slipped into her spandex and hit the gym in Los Angeles, and she brought her little boy with her. After that the duo headed to a meeting, and we're guessing they called it a day shortly thereafter.

When Hil isn't busy busting her booty at the gym, spending time with her tot or picking up roles on the small screen, she's been donating her time and resources as a spokesperson for Johnson's Baby CARES.
