Jason Statham tagged along to girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's medical appointment yesterday, and anytime someone's beau is in tow, we immediately wonder if there could be a bun in the oven!

The Victoria's Secret model wore baggy striped pants with a simple white tank, and although her body looks amazing and we see no hints of a bump, she could be at the beginning stages of pregnancy!

The couple has been dating for over three years and recently moved in together, and rumor has it the action star plans on proposing soon, so a baby would be the next logical step!

"I hear he'll propose soon. Their connection is very serious and physical," a source told Daily Mail.
