Britney Spears' ex-husband and his 30-year-old girlfriend reportedly made the move Friday night at 8:42 pm according to Clark County records.

The two began dating in 2008 and have a daughter, Jordan Kay, who turns two next week. That marks the fifth child for Federline, who had two children with Spears and two with former girlfriend Shar Jackson.
