From the pasty on her boob to the purple wig to the plumped lips, Miley Cyrus hit this costume right on the mark!
On Wednesday night the 20-year-old singer posted some sexy Halloween photos before heading off to a party, and if you don't remember that far back, this was nearly identical to the outfit Lil' Kim wore to the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards when Diana Ross famously grabbed her breast. Definitely one of the top ten most memorable VMA moments ever -- next to Miley's performance this year, of course!
Miley hung out with Paris Hilton, and the heiress tweeted the below shot of them and wrote, "Fun night at beachersmadhouse. Killing it in your Lil Kim costume @MileyCyrus #GirlsRule #HalloweenIsTheBest!"
