Law enforcement in Miami is claiming that Justin Bieber blew a .04, reports TMZ. Sounds low for a DUI? Well it is -- but unfortunately for Bieber, a .04 blood alcohol level is below the legal limit for anyone 21 and over, and since the Biebs is a mere 19-year-old and the fact that Florida has a zero tolerance policy for anyone underage whose blood alcohol level is .02 or higher -- it's considered a DUI. So while .04 sounds like it could be good news -- it's definitely another nail in Bieber's bad boy coffin.

Early Thursday morning, Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence when police busted him for speeding on a residential street, and he was also hit with charges of resisting arrest and driving on an expired license.

Bieber was partying at SET nightclub earlier in the evening with his entourage, and though the pop superstar reportedly told police that he was recording music and had not been drinking, officials stated during a press conference that Bieber later admitted "he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

The police report notes that officers smelled "an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," adding that Bieber had "slow deliberate movements" and "bloodshot eyes." In addition to being under the influence and resisting arrest, Bieber was driving with an expired Georgia license. His team has yet to release a statement on the matter...
