Justin Bieber was released from police custody at 2:05pm EST after Miami Beach police arrested him at 4:13am EST for driving under the influence and resisting arrest. A source at Miami-Dade Corrections tells X17online that Bieber is currently en route to Opa-locka Airport, presumably to come home to Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old pop star appeared before Miami judge Joseph Farina around 1:09pm EST, at which point his bail was set to $2,500. Cops busted the pop star for speeding on a residential street (he was going between 55-60mph in a 30mph zone), and though Bieber reportedly told authorities that he had not been drinking, officials stated during a press conference that Bieber later admitted "he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

The police report notes that officers smelled "an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," adding that Bieber had "slow deliberate movements" and "bloodshot eyes." Bieber blew a .04 on his breathalyzer test, and though the legal limit in Florida is .08, they have a zero tolerance policy for anyone underage whose blood alcohol level is .02 or higher -- it's considered a DUI.

Bieber's rep at Island Def Jam Music Group wouldn't comment on his arrest when we reached out for a statement, and manager Scooter Braun has yet to speak out on the matter.
