These two are 24/7 romantic, as was evidenced by their pre-V-Day dinner last night at Casa Vega in Studio City.
Kourt wore virgin white jeans with a tee and a cream-colored leather motorcycle jacket, while Scott kept it casual in a winter cardigan.
So as romantic as these two are and as prolific in baby-making, why haven't they tied the knot yet?! Could 2014 be their year???
