Britney Spears Takes The Plunge With Boyfriend At Elton John's Oscar Party

Getty Images for NeuroBritney Spears traded in her signature sweats for a plunging dress as she and boyfriend David Lucado attended Elton John's 22nd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party at West Hollywood Park on Sunday. These two certainly look like they are going strong!
Last night the newly brunette singer tweeted a pic of the duo with the caption, "Getting ready to go to Elton and David's party! Love this amazing event that's for a great cause :)."
The "Toxic" singer wowed in a sheer black Michael Costello Couture dress, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, a House of Harlow bag, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Taylor Swift was another one of the stars who also attended Elton's glittering bash. The country crooner donned a sequined Julien Macdonald gown with sheer panels down the long sleeves.
