A lot has certainly changed over the years!

Kim Kardashian shared a photo of herself partying with siblings Khloe and Rob in honor of Throwback Thursday yesterday, and we barely recognized the reality star because her face looks totally different now!

We can't put our finger on exactly what she's had done, but we have a feeling her changing appearance is the result of secret plastic surgery procedures and not just good makeup!

Kimmy K should just admit to the fact she's at least had a nose job!

"I've never had my nose done. I always want to get my nose done… I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what I would look like and it just didn't - I wouldn't look the same," she told Nightline back in 2010.

Now she just looks like a Who from Dr. Seuss!
