Leann Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian dropped by The Commons in Calabasas today, and the couple kissed and cuddled despite being surrounded by photographers. It definitely seems like they were trying to prove a point with this PDA!

A recent Star magazine cover story claimed the country singer was "broke and alone" after her Spitfire album flopped and her TV actor hubby became distant because the money wasn't flowing in like it once was.

"He's been disappearing a lot lately and is very vague about his whereabouts. He will come home at midnight and blow off her questions about where he was," a source told the mag.

Maybe their trip to the mall was to purchase a leash to make sure the lothario doesn't stray?
