Selena Gomez stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon in an all-black ensemble with sexy knee boots, and the 21-year-old starlet flashed a sly smile to X17 photographers. Hmm, could her chipper mood have something to do with the fact that she recently reunited with Justin Bieber?

On Wednesday Bieber reportedly posted a photo on Instagram of the lovebirds snuggled up next to one another, but shortly after uploading the sweet snapshot (with the caption, "Our love is unconditional"), he deleted it!

The last time the lovebirds were seen together was at Coachella in April, and prior to that they had a steamy reunion at a Texas dance studio in March. They've been so on and off we can't even keep track of them, but given that Bieber's new neck tattoo is clearly visible in the photo, we're inclined to believe that the pic was recent.
